🗺️ Detailed programme – 8 days / 7 nights
Day 1 – Algiers → Djanet
Welcome by our team.
Depending on your arrival: visit to the Casbah, museums, or the Jardin d’Essai.
In the evening, flightAlgiers → Djanet.
Overnight in a guesthouse or camping.
Day 2 – Start of the hike: Tahaggart / Tikoubaouine
Meet with the Tuareg guide and the logistics team.
Light transfer in a 4x4 to the start of the trek.
First hike (10 km) between canyons and rock formations.
Bivouac under the stars.
Day 3 – Tassili Plateau & Oued Tahlalène
Hike (12–15 km) through the "stone forests."
Discovery of the nomadic wells of Tahlalène.
Visit to rock engravings.
Night bivouac in an isolated valley.
Day 4 – Essendilène: gorges & gueltas
Hike in the narrow gorges and cliffs of Essendilène.
Observation of rock paintings.
Swimming possible in the natural gueltas.
Bivouac in the valley.
Day 5 – L’Erg Admer & Tin Merzouga
Hike (12 km) towards the erg Admer.
Sunset at the top of a dune.
Night bivouac in the dunes.
Day 6 – Oued Afara: mineral desert
Walk in the heart of the lunar landscapes of Tassili.
Visit to rock shelters adorned with prehistoric art.
Bivouac in a rocky cirque.
Day 7 – Moul N’Aga → Djanet
Final hike (8–10 km).
Transfer to Djanet, night in a guesthouse or camping.
Time to relax and hot shower.
Day 8 – Djanet → Algiers
Visit to the craft market of Djanet.
Return flight to Algiers.
End of your stay.
